ABOUT DIRK WALKER

Dirk Walker has earned both the prestigious Registered Mortgage Advisor designation through the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants, which is only given to less than 200 loan originators in the country, as well as the Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist designation, awarded to less than 1% of all originators in the country

Dirk uses his economics background, extensive knowledge of financial planning and insurance experience to craft a holistic mortgage strategy, developed to achieve a client’s short and long term financial goals. He graduated from the University of Puget Sound in 1992 with a degree in Economics and a minor in Communications. In addition, he has a Master’s Degree in Sports Marketing and Administration from the University of Northern Colorado.

A Boulder native, Dirk and his wife Anna have two wonderful children, Livia and Mason. Family is his top priority, however he also manages to play a few rounds of golf, as well as to regularly train for and participate in local triathlons.

The Walker Team’s mission is to educate and empower clients to create a debt and cash flow management strategy, optimizing real estate assets to build wealth, enhance retirement and create fiscal opportunities. We advise individuals and families how to successfully manage their home equity to increase liquidity, safety, rate of return and tax deductibility. We partner with Financial Consultants, Certified Public Accountants, Real Estate Agents, Insurance Consultants and Estate Attorneys in order to create a well-rounded, intelligent financial plan for our clients.
