ABOUT ELSA WOHLFORD

With nearly four decades of industry experience, Elsa possesses an unparalleled level of expertise and is a true mortgage professional. She provides an invaluable resource to her clients with her extensive knowledge of all types of loan programs, especially FHA and VA. She always puts her client’s first and strives to understand their preferences and goals in order to find the right program to fit their needs.

Elsa loves helping clients realize the dream of home ownership and enjoys guiding them on that path, offering financial counseling if needed. Patient and caring, she explains options and answers questions thoroughly in order to help her clients make an informed decision. She treats her clients with the utmost respect and strives to earn their trust with her honesty and integrity. She is extremely proud of the relationships she has built with her clients over the years and the referrals she has earned as a result.

Elsa was born in Austria, lived in Germany and came to Colorado as a young girl, where she has lived ever since. Active in her local business community, she is a member of the Broomfield Chamber of Commerce, One Business Connection and the Women's Council of Realtors. She also belongs to and teaches a continuing education class for the North Metro Denver Realtor Association and has been named their Affiliate Member of the Year. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, traveling, shopping and reading. Elsa and her husband, Wendel, have two grown sons, Bill and Chris.
