ABOUT JOHN KURTZ

John works to develop long-term relationships so he can help clients actively manage their liabilities as well as their assets. After 14 years as a mortgage loan officer and 20 years in lending, he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to this task. John understands the importance of integrating a mortgage into an overall financial plan, and he welcomes working with his client’s other financial partners (planners, CPA’s etc). In addition to traditional mortgages, John is experienced and active in the reverse mortgage market. He is a member of the Northwest Coalition for Seniors and enjoys improving seniors lives when the situation is right for a reverse mortgage.

John has lived in Colorado for more than 25 years and graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a B.S. in Finance. He enjoys skiing, cycling and traveling.
