The first thing you’ll notice about Joshua is his enthusiasm and positive energy. He is a driven professional – hardworking and loyal, with great creative problem-solving skills. Joshua is proud to have had the opportunity to listen to the needs of more than 2500 families and help guide them to become home owners.

Joshua’s 8 years in the mortgage industry have been marked by success at every turn. In addition to being recognized as a top producer - #3 in the U.S. with his former employer, President’s Club, and Top 3% nationally – he has proven his abilities as a leader by taking a small branch and taking it to the #2 office in the country. He joined Premier to combine that same level of drive and dedication with the close personal touch of a leading local company.

Joshua was born in Ridgewood, New Jersey, and he studied science and mathematics at the University of Maryland. Before entering the mortgage industry, Joshua served in the U.S. Army. He moved to Colorado 3 years ago for work, and has found himself lucky to be near such great hiking, mountain biking and snowboarding. He also enjoys swimming and surfing. Joshua lives with his fiancé Jeanne and his two Boulder Humane rescues, Mieke and Bergen.

ABOUT CHARLA GLENN
Production Manager

A native of Colorado, Charla has been in the mortgage industry since 1983 and has been with Premier Mortgage Group since 2000.  As Joshua’s Production Manager she uses her extensive underwriting, processing and closing skills to create a smooth and easy transaction.  Charla believes good communication, education and a high level of intregrity are the keys to great customer service.
