Janet Roderick (everyone calls her JR) has been in the mortgage industry since 1975. Having started as a residential mortgage processor and closer, JR later developed and managed a loan-servicing department. She has been originating mortgage loans in the Fort Collins area since 1983.

JR's expertise in all phases of mortgage lending is reflected in an average annual volume of $20 million in residential mortgages. She believes that her success comes from more than her experience.
