All of a sudden, you realize you are at the closing table, and the whole process has been painless. That's why Melanie has originated and closed over 5,000 home loans. That's why one client referred to her as, "my lender for life."

After graduating from the University of Colorado with a degree in Marketing and Advertising, Melanie entered the field of mortgage banking where she immediately excelled. One year later, she was sitting in the office of the President of CU, Gordon Gee - at his personal invitation - taking his loan application. In his remaining years in office, he referred dozens of additional clients to her, thereby contributing to the strong customer base she enjoys today.

Melanie and her husband, Charlie, own a tree farm. While running the tree farm keeps him busy, it also provides great fun and enjoyment for their entire family, including their two children, Lauren and Cole.

She listens attentively to her clients, provides them with options that fit their needs and works through the details to guarantee a successful closing.

A specialist in loans for new home construction, Anita makes what can be a very complicated event, an easy and stress free experience for her clients. Her attention to detail and complete understanding of the process ensure that every step is handled smoothly, from application to closing. Originally from Minnesota, Anita attended the Minnesota State University at Moorhead, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interior Design. An avid outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys skiing, camping, scuba diving and sailing.  Most of all, she loves spending time with her wonderful daughter, Jenna.
