Stacy Fridal is a seasoned professional with 14 years of experience working with home loans. Her philosophy is to serve as a trusted advisor - consulting, negotiating and overseeing the hundreds of details in the loan process while communicating effectively with all parties so that nothing is overlooked. She never assumes you understand the process or lingo, and works to make it all fun and stress free.

Stacy's driving force is the gratification she feels and the excitement that people have when anticipating their first home or dream home purchase, and knowing that she played a part in making that dream a reality. She loves to turn the challenges of home ownership into solutions for creating equity and financial stability.

During her years in the mortgage industry, Stacy has become involved with many related organizations in the area including the Board of Realtors, Women's Counsel of Realtors, the Fort Collins Housing Authority, Neighbor to Neighbor, and the Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce. Her specialties include working with first time buyers, down payment assistance programs across Colorado, FHA, VA and USDA loan programs.

Born in Redondo Beach, California, Stacy attended the University of Colorado in 1988 and found the state to be too beautiful to leave. She earned her bachelor degree in architecture and interior design, and worked in that industry for several years. Stacy loves to get out hiking, running and climbing with her husband, Aran, and two daughters, Natalie and Camille.
