ABOUT TROY SMITH

Meeting new people is Troy’s favorite aspect of working in the mortgage industry. This is obvious from his fun, friendly and out-going demeanor – personal service is his priority. Troy’s hard-working, tenacious approach to finding his clients the best loan for their situation has earned him a solid reputation as someone who gets the job done. His clients know he will deliver on his word.

Troy’s 12 years in the mortgage industry give him the experience and knowledge to service even the most difficult loans. He’s earned the Mortgage Loan Officer certification, and won the Top Newcomer of the Year award at the start of his mortgage career. Through it all, the most important lesson he’s learned is to be truthful – to yourself and others.

Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, Troy has studied English and computer science at several Front Range institutions. He loves to spend time with his son Spencer, and enjoys camping and weight lifting in his free time.
